While Nadine AI has been tested, bugs may still exist. By using this service, you acknowledge and accept that we assume no responsibility for any loss of any kind — including missed calls, data loss, or financial loss — resulting from your use of this application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nadine AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Beta Software Disclaimer
Nadine AI is currently in active development and testing. Although the Service has been tested, it may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no guarantees that the Service will function correctly at all times or that all features will work as expected.
3. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NADINE AI AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: loss of data, loss of calls, missed communications, financial loss, or any other loss of any kind, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Call Screening & Communications
Nadine AI assists with call screening and routing. We do not guarantee that all spam calls will be blocked, that all legitimate calls will be forwarded, or that any call will be handled in a specific way. You acknowledge that using automated call screening carries inherent risks, including the possibility of missed important calls.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Twilio for call and SMS handling. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or failures of third-party services. Twilio's own terms of service and usage fees apply independently.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to call recording, screening, and communications in your jurisdiction. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not for any prohibited purposes.
7. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
